A self-portrait with a Zenit camera by Arthur (Usher) Fellig (1899 – 1968), a brilliant Austrian-born photographer (now the place of his birth is under occupation of the artificial Bolshevik-created state of the Ukraine or may be it’s in Stalin-resurrected Poland), he is better known under his pseudonym of Weegee.
